Ok, I'll add #246 (comment) in a separate PR, but still merge this one. There might be other side effects and with the config there is an easy way to turn sticky headers off. @UziTech Thanks. 🙇 |

Add config setting to enable/disable sticky tree-view headers (Default is enabled)
