Deletion might not re-build index correctly

I tried removing a collection in production, but it keeps appearing as a child. I think it's an indexing issue.

• Add a test
• fix the bug

Just ran atomic-server --reindex, which solved the issue. So yeah, the cause is a lack of indexing.
