atomic-server embedded website hardcodes URIs to external resources

atomic-server embeds a single-page app which links to external resources at https://joepio.github.io/ and https://analytics.argu.co/.

Some users may not want to rely on those sites to be online - maybe for stability, speed, or privacy concerns. Some users may even want their service usable while disconnected from the internet.

Please - at least optionally, if not always - make atomic-server usable without dependency on external resources.

One approach might be to...

a) make the analytics conditional to a compile-time variable like use_analytics (which I would prefer was disabled by default but not a big deal).

b) make https://joepio.github.io/ a compile-time variable and ship all those externally hosted assets as example files - which concerned users could then build defined as `/assets/ and use a front-end web server (a.k.a. a reverse proxy) to to serve that content. More elegant would obviously be if serving assets locally was implemented in the code.

Sorry, I forgot to check for existing issues :-/

I guess what I propose here might be easier to do short-term. If you disagree or if this one turns out to be not-so-simple after all then simply close it. In other words, let's limit this one to doing a "quickfix" and discuss beautiful solutions at #185 ;-)
