Use other default port then 80

Port 80 is convenient, and it gives a nice URL, but:

- It is not safe by default
- It is not allowed on some operating systems, without specific configuration

So let's go for a different default. Should be a bit obscure. I like 9883, it's unicode for the atom symbol:
