The final release of 2013 includes various bugfixes, optimisations and performance tweaks.

Theme Page Optimisation : Phase 2 (CC-759)

  • Fixed bug with selecting and tagging records across multiple pages.
  • Removed horizontal separators before and after each content element in the Research Data Australia Theme page display..
  • When adding a spatial filter via the map the value field is now being updated without the need for the Save button.
  • 'There are no results for this search!' will no longer display in Research Data Australia Theme pages where a configured search returns 0 results. R11.1 Parent Task - minor development tasks & bug fixes (CC-723)
  • Implemented Grunt in the deployment process to optimise page load performance in Research Data Australia and the Registry.
  • Blank existence dates prevented from being saved in the Add Record screens
  • Fixed bug with the email electronic address validation message only showing occasionally on the Add Record pages.
  • Ensured previous versions of Exrif are being removed on record enrich.

CC-706 Enhanced the facet sort button in Research Data Australia to be more obvious.

CC-699 Update to the facet heading titles in Research Data Australia.

CC-650 A users friendly 404 message has been implemented for missing NHMRC and ARC grants.

CC-643 Attribution text will now be displayed for images in the Research Data Australia Spotlight on mouse hover.

CC-622 The CSIRO Data Licence has been mapped to the 'Non-commercial Licence' facet in Research Data Australia.

CC-617 Various feedback and suggestions to ORCA and RDA

  • Fixed issue with the display of Data Source Accounts with long titles in the registry.
  • A 'Preview in RDA' (for Drafts) and 'View in RDA'( for Published)' menu item has been added to the 'More" button on the Manage Records page.
  • An information message has been added to the top of the My Data Sources Page to assist users with access to multiple Data Source Accounts. CC-541 Blank elements within records will be prevented from being display in Research Data Australia as just labels.
