Using a major release number in order to reflect the actual versions: the Greek list is v2.4 and the Latin list is v2.3. From now on the versioning scheme of files and releases will be consistent.

The lists are now sorted within categories, alphabetically or numerically as relevant.

First release of these stopwords published with the GitHub release system, in order to integrate with Zenodo.

The stoplists have actually had two major versions: the Greek list is v2.2 and the Latin list is v2.1 (see details in the rationale). However, I prefer to start a clean versioning system for the whole repository.
