This pull requests allows you to use your own privates repositories recipes by placing them under the recipes/ directory but without cloning the official one.
A first call is made to symfony.sh then a second one on localhost and finally the two responses are merged.
This PR includes also a replacement of the native
version_comparePHP function by a custom one provided by a user on PHP.net
