Changes

Previously, this library made use of JwtDecode.Android for decoding and obtaining the claims of a given ID token, prior to its verification. This PR adds our own logic and tests to handle that internally. With these changes, the jetifier android plugin is no longer required and as a result, is now turned off.

There are new unit tests for the introduced logic, but there's also the existing ID token decoding and verification tests that are still passing.
