[SDK-3109] Add ability to pass custom logout params

Description

Add the ability to pass custom logoutParams to the end_session_endpoint on logout.

These will also be passed to the proprietary Auth0 logout endpoint, to do a federated logout from auth0 you can pass the federated param, eg

{ logoutParams: { federated: '' } }
