Standardize a convention for notes, callouts, etc... in documentation

Each doc in [the SpiceDB documentation](https://github.com/authzed/spicedb/tree/main/docs) should follow the same conventions for linking to external URLs, presenting notes, callouts, and any other recurring styles.
