feat(obstacle_avoidance_planner): some fix for narrow driving #916

Description

  • Removed the option to check if the ego is outside the drivable area with a set of circles. (rectangle footprints are used instead).
    • This function was not used in any vehicle yet.
  • fix boundary search
    • the first bounds will be nearest to the first bounds at the previous cycle, if it does not exist, nearest to the ego.
  • use two circles for constraints of MPT.

    remove advanced parameters.options and add vehicle_cricles.method

  • fix boundary search
    use prev_trajes in calcBounds

  • use two circles for constraints of MPT.
    vehicle_circle_radius -> vehicle_circle_radiuses
