Removes jsdom. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency jest. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Removes [jsdom](https://github.com/jsdom/jsdom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [jest](https://github.com/facebook/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest). These dependencies need to be updated together.
