in rwb env but works in the main avni webapp env

this seems like a different issue. the fix also is in 7.0 which is not deployed to RWB which is 6.1

@petmongrels Yeah added this card to 7.0 since as part of this release we are setting up RWB env though it is of different version 6.1 since 7.0 is not yet released. Let me know if anything better could be done to avoid this confusion.

Issue with DEA search was due to missing DB function multi_select_coded(jsonb) which is used by search. Added this to R__Functions.
Issue with https://avni.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/3470 was due to subject type icons pointing to Avni cloud bucket rather than the RWB bucket.
