Ensure serial communication compatibility with the upcoming Arduino 2.0.6

Implementation of changes that will bring HyperSerialESP32 compatibility with Arduino-ESP32 version 2.x

• the problem were reported here Possible regression of serial communication performance since version 2.x espressif/arduino-esp32#7505 and contains partial solution
• when PR Improves UART reading performance espressif/arduino-esp32#7525 is merged with the mainline, the restriction of Arduino-ESP32 version (and MakunaNeopixelBus library version as the side effect) can be lifted. Probably incoming 2.0.6 release will solve it.
