`/login` -- auto-apply contributor role based on GitHub contributions

Objective

Login with Discord and GitHub to link accounts and determine whether GitHub user is a contributor to repositories under the aws-amplify org, and if so auto-apply contributor role

Usage

/login

Bot sends a private reply/DM with a link to log into the application¹ with Discord, then link their GitHub user. The application will then call an API attached to the project to determine whether the GitHub user is a contributor. If so, bot will then apply the contributor role to their Discord user.
