Description of your changes
As described in the linked issue, we want to publish docs for the version 2 release line under the
nextalias/tag for the duration of the pre-release period. This will allow customers to get familiar with the changes and potentially give feedback back to us.This PR introduces a new workflow called
Docs v2 Publish (merge)which is expected to publish the docs under thenexttag whenever changes to the documentation are merged/pushed to thefeat/v2branch.The workflow is similar to the existing
Docsworkflow, except for the following changes:maintofeat/v2to change the origin of the triggeraliasandversioninputs are both set tonextdetached_modeinput is explicitly set tofalse(default)Related issues, RFCs
