Current Behaviour
Currently, based on the logic used by eksupgrade, the results of checking for deprecated APIs will hardly ever be accurate - it will vary based on the version of eksupgrade and its python client. "
For now, it should simply be removed in order to ensure users are not mislead into believing their cluster does not contain any resources with deprecated APIs
