This pr add NodeJs instrumentation and its integ tests. Both instrumentation and integ test are very similar to these prs:

Add support for NodeJS instrumentation to the operator with this current placeholder image:

(Will update to ADOT image in different pr once image is available)Adding node js env variable tests which checks if the environment variables below exist in specified workloads:
Tested locally and through github actions test to make sure NodeJs auto instrumentation is working correctly.
