fix(ecs): autoscalingGroup attribute does not exist on `ImportedClu…

…ster` (#29244) This PR adds an `autoscalingGroup` attribute to `ImportedCluster`. This attribute is set using the `autoscalingGroup` property from `ClusterAttributes` in the constructor of `ImportedCluster`.
