Describe the bug

it's failing because of #25092 and node14 warning.

prebuild should succeed.

Current Behavior

prebuild is failing as the screenshot

Reproduction Steps

Just open aws-cdk repo with Gitpod

Possible Solution

  1. update the image
  2. update the init command

chore: update .gitpod.yaml to ensure the prebuild (#25224)
a9ecff3 
- bump the node version from 14 to 16 for the image
- update the init script for the new repo structure
