In CDK v2, the `aws-cdk` package no longer contains an `index.ts` file that exports members on the package level. Because of that, stop relying on package-level imports in the unit tests of hotswapping, and instead import the needed classes directly. ---- *By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache-2.0 license*
