Add support for R6A instances.

Announcement

Please add tags pr-linter/exempt-readme and pr-linter/exempt-test. I only added new enum values, therefore no readme changes and test cases should be required.

Thank you for your contribution. We'll nee tests for this change before we can provide a meaningful review. This file contains the relevant tests to add/edit https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/blob/main/packages/%40aws-cdk/aws-ec2/test/instance.test.ts.

I will exempt README and integ test changes for this.

@TheRealAmazonKendra I added the new instance class to to one of the existing test cases.
Do we need any other test cases for this instance type? Or is this a special instance class?
(FYI: In the past, we didn't add tests for new instance classes, e.g. #20134. Therefore, I'm not sure which additional tests are required. The test file also includes the comment A sample of x86-64 instance classes. So it doesn't include all instances.).
