fix(core): remove colon to ensure compatibility with Windows users (under feature flag)

Reason for this change

The cause was investigated by the administrators and is documented in the associated issue. The current stack ID includes a colon, making the repository incompatible with Windows users.

I have replaced the colon with a hyphen under a feature flag.
