I've delinked the PR from the issue as it only addresses the S3 service for ca-west-1.

Oh ok thank you @Abogical. There are just only some features in fact-table left for ca-west-1. I thought the team forget to close it 😅

Well we may have just forgot about this service only, or we could've forgot other services as well. I haven't checked all services that are mentioned in the issue, so I'm not sure we should close it yet.
