This patch supports DynamoDB TTL.

Why is this required? I don't think typescript is needed unless you are programming with typescript, in which case it should be added to your package.json. |
Make sure that AWS account lookup also uses the proxy. Fixes a remaining issue from #645.
Also adds a script to do the mass version update.
