Docs: Added TypeScript pre-requisite (>= 2.7) to Getting Started topic; how to update TS to latest version.

This patch supports DynamoDB TTL.

Why is this required? I don't think typescript is needed unless you are programming with typescript, in which case it should be added to your package.json.
