build aws-sdk-cpp with openssl (vulnerability CVE-2022-0778)

Hi,
Im building one of the latest versions (just aws-cpp-sdk-core) for Windows.
How it linkage to the openssl lib? i dont see any these files.
I want to make sure it uses the version without the exploit (1.1.1n+).
