Long running time after upgrade to SDK 1.10.55 or 1.11.4

Hi,

We were using SDK 1.9.220 for our development and test. We have code like below to run a query against Timestream. Yesterday we updated SDK to 1.10.55, our tests which just need 2 or 3 minutes to finish now need more than 1 hour. And all our queries which could succeed before now failed. After investigation we found Aws::TimestreamQuery::TimestreamQueryClient.Query() is running very slow. It took long time on the (WinHttpSendRequest(hHttpRequest, NULL, NULL, 0, 0, 0, NULL) != 0);. Not sure why. Our source code and tests are not changed. I have verified they could work fine with 1.9.220. But for 1.10.55 and 1.11.4 both have this slow execution problem. I am running on Windows 11 with Visual Stdio 2022. We also found same problem for Linux with same code. Please help to take a look to see if this is a bug or not. It is really strange 1.10.55/1.11.4 could not work with nothing changed. If need more info, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Can you open a bug about this and include any many relevant details as possible

I have opened a bug here . The problem could be reproduced with an example code I made in the bug report. It is the second query always fails with timeout, which is not seen for 1.9. Could someone please take a look into this? I think this is a big issue for timestream SDK C++.
