Link failed with Windows lib

Hi, everyone.
I am using polly in Windows platform. I get source code from git tool and compile with cmake successfully. But when I link these 3 libs which are
aws-cpp-sdk-core.lib aws-cpp-sdk-core.lib aws-crt-cpp.lib,
I encoutered the error:
error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "public: static unsigned __int64 const Aws::Endpoint::AWSPartitions::PartitionsBlobSize" (?PartitionsBlobSize@AWSPartitions@Endpoint@Aws@@2_KB)

I have checked the aws-cpp-sdk-core.lib with dumpbin tool, then found the PartitionsBlobSize symbol.

What's the problem?

How exactly are you trying to initialize your PartitionBlobSize variable?
Do you have a minimal code sample that can reproduce this?

Sorry, I made a mistake in yesterday. At last, I used dll files as my outcome and linked successfully.
My command is cmake ../ -G "Visual Studio 16 2019" -A x64 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DBUILD_ONLY="polly" -DENABLE_TESTING=OFF, and then set USE_IMPORT_EXPORT macro in my project.
Hope this will be helpful for others.
