SDK configuration failed for CMake 3.27 on Windows

Hi,

I am building AWS SDK CPP 1.11.80 on my Windows. There was no problem. But recently it starts to fail at configuration phase. After check I found it is caused by CMake 3.27. Once I degraded it to 3.26 the build could succeed without a problem. Not sure if this a CMake problem or SDK problem. Please helpt to check. Thanks!

For now please just use the latest release for cmake which is 3.26.4 and avoid using the release candidate version.

As for the issue above, it seems to be a regression with cmake itself that is being tracked here.
