There's no way right now from the PRs or release notes of v3, since they are manually released.
You can refer to release notes of v2 for clients released on the particular day https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

We're working on automatic daily releases of clients on v3.
