follows smithy-lang/smithy-typescript#1696
Description
Asserts that no dist-types contain Uint8Array with type parameters due to the change in TypeScript 5.7 and the use of inferred types. The validator runs in ~6s including all clients.
Testing
Runs during integration tests because by then all packages have been built.
