This pull request adds an example for the Cognito credential identity resolver in the Swift SDK. This example is not one that will show up among examples for services, but instead will have snippets embedded inline in an article about this credential identity resolver. There won't be a CDD build at this time, since I can't build a draft of the guide with the snippets in place until the snippets are available.
The example creates an identity pool, configures it, then authenticates using the Cognito credential resolver. Once that's done, the credentials obtained are used to list S3 buckets that are available.
