Description of changes:

  1. Added a requirement to choose "text" or "parquet" when selecting --all or --vpcflow. Updated the help text accordingly.
  2. Added args.vpc_flow or args.all to .run_vpc_flow_logs() and .lambda_handler(). This sends the user's file format choice to those functions.
  3. added file_format as a parameter to send to the flow_log_activator.
  4. In flow_log_activator - added "fileformat:file_format" at the end to select the file format in which to save the flow logs.
