Hi, in 2024 the AWS SDK v1 will transition into maintenance mode where only critical updates will be issued. The process of full deprecation is slated to begin in early 2025. But It looks like the glue schema registry is still relying on AWS SDK v1 (example here). Wonder if there is any plans to migrate to SDK v2?

Stop using SDK v1

When using this library it pulls the AWS SDK v1 because of the
dependency declared on STS. But it seems is not actually used.

This fixes [issue awslabs#274][1].
