docs: Featuring Data on EKS public videos on the homepage

What does this PR do?

• Added Data on EKS feature videos to the Homepage
• Users can add more videos by updating this website/src/components/VideoGrid/VideoGrid.js file
• This also requires creating new image for each video as display image.
