- Added a query_type of “intersection_constrained” to only returned requested variable data
- have catalog save both pglabels and pgids into metadata
- update docs
* separated QARTOD from binning for sensor_stations, since cannot both happen the way this is set up. * added more metadata for platform2 for variable details * need min_time and max_time both for catalog, but do not for sensor source. This is fixed. * filters were not quite right for V1, now fixed. * separated out data_url creation for sensor source to be able to check more easily. * updated tests accordingly
