🌐 Specify Dataverse smart contract interface

Purpose

This ticket highlights the need to define the interface contract for the Dataverse smart contract responsible for managing all the resources within the dataverse.

It's also suggested here to rename the contract "Dataverse" instead of "Zone Hub". Given the contract's nature and the positioning of resources (datasets, services) relative to the Zones, it's clear that this smart contract oversees the entire dataverse. Additionally, it's entirely feasible to create as many isolated dataverses as desired.
