What: Adds contribution and code of conduct markdown files
Why: These 2 files let other contributors know how they can contribute to Ayaqdop and informs them the code of conduct that should be followed when working on this project.
How: These changes were made by letting the maintainer know I'm working on the issue, forking and making a branch for this issue, and made the changes by writing the 2 files down.
