[Georgian] Height problems with some letters when 'font-feature-settings' set to "'case' on"

Letters "ე" (U+10D4), "უ" (U+10E3) and "კ" (U+10D9) have rendering problem on Windows in certain font sizes. Visually these letters are slightly taller than others. On smaller sizes like 12px, bottom curves of these letters are rendering incorrectly, though other similar characters are rendered correctly.
