The windows runner crashed multiple times or had a weird failing test, which can't be caused by the attribute.
I'm a bit out of ideas why that happend.

Try downloading the dump files from the failed test run and open them in VS to see what the state was. Not sure it will help, but it could.

Seems to be failing on main as well from time to time. Yeah I have to make my old laptop fit. On the MacBook I guess it will be tricky to analyze windows hangdumps.

Also there is no hang-dump at all:

Data collector 'Blame' message: procdump64.exe could not be found, please make sure that the executable is available on PATH. Alternatively set PROCDUMP_PATH environment variable to a directory that contains procdump64.exe executable.
