This event introduces the
BTCHeaderInsertedevent. This is going to be useful for someone that wants to know whether a new BTC block has been inserted into the chain (for example an explorer).Added an expected keeper to the
btccheckpointmodule that does nothing, but maybe this functionality might be useful @KonradStaniec
