Make plannotator binary point to custom URL when invoked by Claude Code #12

Hey, thanks a lot for having created this tool, Ive been really enjoying it so far!

I was wondering if it there's a recommended way to make the plannotator binary point to an URL other than localhost and make it able to open plans from Claude Code correctly (I'm not sure if the current architecture assumes that the plan must be present as a local file, etc.). I saw that there's an env var to change the port where it runs but couldn't find any to customize the URL.

I'm asking about this because I've been thinking about hosting this somewhere of my own and be able to share its URL with other people when needed - for instance, I'd like to be able to run Claude Code in my own terminal, make it create a plan, open it in that custom URL, make annotations and then share that URL with someone else so that they don't need to run their own local instance of plannotator or open it in https://share.plannotator.ai.

Is it something that you'd like to support eventually? I took a look at the license you chose for this project and it seems to allow that use case, and I couldn't find you mentioning that you'd like to have paid plans for this use case so far.
