Sub agents constantly trigger this

This is one my favourite plugins but in opencode, this constantly triggers when the sub agent runs and its super annoying

Any recommendations or setting changes on how to fix this?

Also for some reason even if I upgrade the version im still stuck on 2.3

I think OpenCode has a bug. We can validate this if

1. run rm -rf ~/.cache/opencode/node_modules/@plannotator
2. Restart opencode or should install the latest version.

I think the plugin config needs to be:
