Prepared batch of UI consistancy improvements across both editors (review and editor).

Changes

• Improved and aligned sizing in header so all buttons are matched and well aligned
• Aligned sidebar title panels
• Improved roundness to improve correlation with wrapping content
• Aligned content in modal popups
• Improved & aligned some font sizes to better visually expose importance
