Proper usage for Apatch + hosts_file_redirect.kpm

Method to make Apatch + hosts_file_redirect.kpm work along with bindhosts.

Recommended Method:

1. Embed hosts_file_redirect.kpm with enable value as args (always enables at boot)
2. Press control button of hosts_file_redirect in KPM section of Apatch
3. In parameters type disable to disable the kpm module or enable to enable it back (might need to type and enter twice to get the success message but once is enough just won't show the message)

Alternative Method:

1. Embed hosts_file_redirect.kpm
2. Press control button of hosts_file_redirect in KPM section of Apatch
3. In parameters type enable to enable the kpm module or disable to disable it (might need to type and enter twice to get the success message but once is enough just won't show the message)
