GraphViz Diagrams are not rendering correctly in version 0.1.1

It appears that GraphViz diagrams do not render correctly in the current version. They render correctly with older versions e.g. 0.0.16.

Steps to reproduce

• Checkout / navigate to these files https://github.com/backstage/techdocs-container/tree/main/mock-docs
• Run techdocs-cli serve
• Navigate to http://localhost:3000/docs/default/component/local/#the-attack-plan

Workaround

• Diagrams render correctly using the older docker image techdocs-cli serve -i spotify/techdocs:v0.2.2 (which corresponds to v0.0.16)

Caveats
I'm assuming the issue is here an not to do with the graphviz binary( I haven't checked if the installed version is different).
