Adds Gauntlet Ecosystem wETH vault, their 1.1 implementation to replace Prime. Adds IndexCoop hyETH Morpho-Gauntlet Vault for their new pooling strategy. Pair pending. Both rate providers from ERC4626 factory. @mkflow27 please perform fork tests to validate the compatibility of these vaults with boosted pools.
