Description
Split from #3003; depends on (and includes a copy of) #3009. Also depends on #3011 for the tests to pass, but they will run without it.
This PR adds demos for use of dual source blending and blending in general with pixel history, including blending with a large number of primitives hitting the same fragment in a single drawcall. It also adds automated tests that verify the correct behavior of these.
