Ballerina 0.85

We are pleased to announce the 0.85 release of Ballerina.

This release contains following improvements.

• Array of arrays support
• Any type support
• Ability to define Ballerina Annotations
• Annotation attachment syntax change
• Improve Ballerina Map semantics
