This is due to some racing condition failure while loading one of the js dependency in vscode.
The issue is directly linked to this same one reported on the vscode repository: microsoft/vscode#89038

Still awaiting for a fix

This prevents from having to load the package locally with the buggy asWebviewUri (microsoft/vscode#89038)
